| We've tried to make the terms of booking our caravan as straight forward and fair as possible. Please read them carefully & should you have any questions ask them prior to booking to avoid any confusion or dispute at a later time. |
| 1. A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This
should be returned with the booking form within 7 days of booking to
secure your caravan holiday with us. Full payment for your holiday must be
paid eight weeks prior to your holiday start date. Should you book your
holiday less than eight weeks to your start date then the full amount is
payable. A reminder will not be issued for this payment and it is
your responsibility to ensure the payment is received in a timely fashion.
In the event that your payment does not reach us by the due date, we
reserve the right to re-let the caravan. 2. In addition to the cost of your holiday a £50 security bond will be required. The security bond is refundable by Skegness Caravan Holidays and not by Butlins Skegness. Your security bond will be refunded and returned to you after your holiday upon full satisfactory inspection of the caravan. 3. We are unable to accept bookings of groups of one sex or under 25 years old. Sorry!!! 4. No smoking is allowed in the caravan. Anyone found smoking in the caravan will be asked to leave with no refund. 5. Despite being animal lovers no pets are allowed in the caravan. 6. Butlins Skegness is a family friendly holiday resort. Anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to other people will be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of your holiday. 7. In the event the caravan becomes unavailable for your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you to offer you an alternative holiday date or a full refund. 8. If due to illness, injury or accident you are unable to take your caravan holiday, you must advise us immediately by telephone and then in writing including a doctor’s certificate. If we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation before your holiday has commenced, no refund will be given. In the event of you or any member of your holiday party being unable to travel due to sickness, redundancy or jury service, proof in form of a doctors certificate, employees or court notification will be required in writing, prior to your confirmed holiday start date. 9. You will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid subject to an administration charge of £50 unless your cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your holiday in which the refund will be limited to 25% of the total holiday cost less administration charge of £50. 10. Any change to the advertised entertainment or facilities at Butlins Skegness is beyond our control or influence therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for this. 11. Keys to the caravan can be collected from Guest Services from 4pm on your arrival date. Your Butlins passes are available from 9am on your arrival date enabling you to use the facilities at Butlins Skegness. 12. On arrival we strongly advise you to check the inventory on taking over the caravan. Any defects or damage should be reported to ourselves within 24 hours of your arrival. We regret we are unable to accept responsibility for any defects or damage not reported to ourselves within 24 hours of your arrival. 13. Caravans must be vacated by 10am on your departure date and the keys returned to Guest Services. This enables the caravan to be cleaned before the next guests arrive. Failure to return the keys to Guest Services on time may result in the loss of your security bond. 14. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all the members of the party and must make good any damage or losses, or breakages to the caravan or its contents during your stay. We strongly recommend you purchase holiday insurance which is NOT included in the cost of your holiday. |
